For over 25 years, TTC has prioritised  excellence in customer care and we are so confident in our ability to outperform any of our competitors that we personally provide financing for each and every one of our client agreements.

We “don’t do” third party finance so this means that our clients will only be dealing with Total Technology Centre’s in-house team to supply the equipment, service, consumables and finance.

Our finance commitment involves a simple agreement and easy approval process that doesn’t take weeks to process and our Flexible Print Plan allows you flexibility as your business changes and grows.

Our clients are ensured to always have functioning equipment that is best suited to their needs, providing maximum workplace productivity.

TTC Creates Individualised
Agreements that include:

 

  • Variable billing options;
  • Unique terms to suit your business;
  • Coterminous terms for added equipment; and
  • Relocation of equipment between your locations.

    The TTC ‘Make it Right’ Guarantee

    Did You Know?

    The majority of third party leases have a “Hell or High Water” clause that holds the buyer liable for office equipment even if it is defective; becomes inoperable or is destroyed.

    Within Total Technology Centre’s Flexible Print Plan, our finance commitment does not include any such clause. In fact, we actually offer the total opposite:

    If you are not happy with our billing, customer services, machines… Anything:

    If we can’t make it right, the customer may cancel the program and hand back all the equipment at no charge.

    In many cases, we also can take over administration of your leases with other companies to provide a single billing point for all of your office equipment.
